  • but there we go, I like it.
  • I both like and don’t like the American version of the Office, the bits that are clearly from the British version were done so much better over this side. I really don’t like the David Brent character, he’s too much where our version had it just right.
  • I’m still listening to The devil and god are raging inside me. Though I think I prefer deja entendu. It seems to avoid second album meh-ness. (See Coldplay, Muse, Placebo.) Though I don’t mean their second album, I mean the second album I’ve come into contact with.
  • I think it’s the reason Jenn and I are super on last.fm again
  • I did sing along to In Flames 2006 album Come Clarity this morning. Youtube
  • My tea was lovely and I didn’t overeat. Fahita mix in pitta with lots of salad.
  • One of the parents commented that I looked slimmer - she really isn’t backwards in coming forwards. I am getting there and am trying to keep it up the exercise and healthy eating.
  • Mostly, I love what I do at the moment. I really do.
  • Though applying for jobs is stressful, so many schools to go apply for. Plus fitting it around supply work.

This is a huge block of text.

Stop. Wait.

OIL company executives were last night heading to undisclosed locations amid speculation that consumers were about to make the link between high petrol prices and corporate profits.
As Shell and BP both reported a sharp increase in first quarter earnings, industry experts said drivers who are currently sitting in a queue outside a petrol station in Scotland waiting to pay £1.25 a litre would soon work out the connection.

I saw one place now does the price of petrol in pounds and not pence.

Boost you morning energy level

with 5 comments

Starting tomorrow…

Is anyone willing to make a small change to their morning in the interest of increased energy, a better mood, and oh, less fat?

Good. Let’s go.

When you get up, right after you eat your breakfast, do this push up routine:

1. Muster up some will, get down and pump out as many push ups as you can do.
2. Wait 30 seconds
3. Pump out more push ups (again as many as you can do)
4. Wait 30 seconds
5. Pump out more pushups (again as many as you can do and don’t hold back… really push it!)

When you are done and you stand up, whatever the tired, sluggish, or “get out of my face” morning feeling you might have felt will have been replaced with an “I am the shiznit!!!” feeling.

One of Mexico’s biggest drug cartels has launched a brazen recruiting campaign, putting up fliers and banners promising good pay, free cars and better food to army soldiers who join the cartel’s elite band of hit men.

Briefly.

it’s in the briefest of moments
it’s when the rain stops
as you pass under a bridge
and when the person selling you something
looks you in the eye and it doesn’t feel like
