Yeah that’s me. Now that BMF has me working harder then I think I can three times a week. I am thoroughly addicted to it. I need to go now. I look forward to it.

It’s getting easier too. No it’s not. Well, I don’t ache so much the day after and i’m pretty sure I’m getting worse at worse at press ups. The running around is getting easier though. I’m finding I am more able to push myself harder, I just need to do that now.

Fitness assessment on Saturday >
* A timed 1500 metre run (best effort)
* Maximum repetitions over a 2 minute period for each exercise: Sit ups, Press ups and Burpees
* 15 x 20 metre shuttle sprints (best effort)
