I totally see myself heading towards doing this at some point. Spent the morning watching videos from on Crossfit.com.

(Am currently managing my internet time by blocking a number of sites (twitter, facebook, google (mail and reader), bbc, metafilter, flickr, guardian) AND switching my laptop off when I’ve ‘finished’ using it. Working relatively well so far…)
