There’s been a disproportionate ratio of noise to signal in my life lately, it’s distracting, oftentimes negative, and has made me lose sight of what is real and here in front of me.

I need to let go of the things I feel are causing some of that noise. It’s time to switch my focus. I need to concentrate on realities and not possibilities.

I need to move up, not backwards, not sideways.
