Observation.
And so, today is over with and it wasn’t as bad I thought. No, it was. At the time.
I’m lucky in my job to sometimes be directly observed. Someone (well two people today) come into my ‘office’ and sits down with a pad and watches me work – how I interact with those around me, how I motivate them, that I give them opportunity to show what they’ve learnt, that they are learning. That I don’t talk to them for too long and that they don’t spend too much talking to those they are working with instead of working. That I can show they have achieved, that they know they’ve achieved and that they know what is expected of them.
