Yes?

Some people say to be yourself, doing any less is doing yourself a disservice.

And you try to be and things don’t really work out.

And so you try to be something else that, while not you, will perhaps work a little better.

But it doesn’t and it makes you feel hollow inside.

You’ve gotta hope that there’s someone for you
As strange as you are
Who can cope with the things that you do
Without trying too hard
