There’s a lot of United fans at school and once I told them I supported Arsenal, it was downhill from there. Still, it’s fun and it means I can give them stick (occasionally) and I get a fair bit in return. Like on the days I get asked how Arsenal did at the weekend, or a knowing grin as they see me in the corridor. Still, it was nice of them to make me a card and I now have a mug to carry around school.
(I imagine it would be worse if I was really into it, instead of being a casual fan.)
