Run 400 meters
Kettlebell X 21 swings (16kg)
12 Pull-ups (jump pull ups)
Except we did AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 20minutes of the above plus 5 shoulder to overhead (30kg).
I liked it. The kettle bell swings need more hip action as I was using my arms a lot and the shoulder to overhead were basically what I was practicing yesterday. Could maybe have pushed the run a bit more but it’s all good.
Started muscle up progression, which is starting to work on the moves involved (Video) and afterwards went through some of the progression for pull ups. Plus working on my ring dips (video), which will come with time.
Really enjoying it so far. Feel that now, I have some things to work on which I like! Roll on Monday!
