Front squat. Did 3 reps at a time. Did upto 65kg and did two sets at that weight. Need to work on the position of the weight and where my hands go, but the weight felt ok. I say ok, it was hard enough. But it’s the first real time that I’ve had a decent amount of weight loaded across my shoulders. It’s a strange feeling, this mass pushing you down, unbalancing you as you lower and push it all back up again. I really liked it. A much calmer session that yesterdays running around but it’s one of the reasons that I’ve joined Crossfit.
