Today
- New job. 7 month maternity cover in a school close by. Year 4 class in a school very different to the one I am in now. Will be really good experience and I am looking forward to starting.
- I treated myself with a onion bhaji, a vegetable samosa and a small bag of almonds from Unicorn. I seem to be losing my craving for junk food.
- Lately though, my routine feels a lot more stable. I’m eating far better then I used to, but generally I am much more aware of what I’m eating. I have a routine for going into and out of work and don’t seem to get the lag I always used to get when the kids leave at 3:15. Which is just plain brilliant.
- I am finally paying off a bank account that in the past caused me far too much anxiety. So pleased with this since money used to feel like a real issue in the past.
