I feel like a child.

I realised that today. That I struggle when I don’t have a set routine.

The last couple of weeks have been really good. In school for about 7:30 and then leave about 5:30ish to go straight to Crossfit. It’s a case of knowing where I’m going, what time I’m doing it and working things around them. It means I can get things done after the kids have left and it gives me time to simply concentrate on cooking before switching the computer off and being in bed before 10:30. Of course there are days that deviate but on the whole, I’m just happier with it.

It’s on the off days, I find I struggle. When I have these hours to fill and always feel like I waste it. I felt like that today and I feel like that a lot at the weekend. But then realising it is a first step on the way to changing it, right?
