Things I’m looking forward to.

  • Doing some paperwork today. Strangely. With my new found concentration I find that I am happier doing it. It needs doing, so just get on and do it.
  • Running in my more minimalist shoes at lunchtime. No such cushioning like my old Nike Airs.
  • Going to go and do some practice of my pull ups and double unders at Crossfit later.
  • Last BMF tonight.
  • Crossfit tomorrow and Saturday morning.
  • Walk in the peaks on Sunday.
