Today I learnt:

 

  • I can do 3 double unders in a row. Aiming for 10! (Time frame to be determined.)
  • I can do a deadhang pull up with 30kg worth of weights vests on and a kipping pull up with 35kg on.
  • My handstands got better when practicing. Managed to stay in one place a whole lot better!
  • I managed 19 consecutive kipping pull ups.
Just, still loving Crossfit. The fact that there is all these things I can’t do is just driving me on. The not being able to do double unders has gone from being frustrating to being something of a welcome challenge.
Aiming to do a muscle up (Again, time frame to be determined)
