10 Handstand push ups
20 Wall ball (10kg)
30 Toes to bar
40 Power cleans (40kg)
50 Burpees
60 Sumo deadlift high pull (30kg)

At the moment it’s this line. Finding a weight that is challenging enough without being too much. Today it was just about right, or maybe a little too easy. But that’s part of the learning process. It was still awesome.
