Breakfast, lunch, dinner.


Dinner was salmon (‘marinated’ with some thai curry paste), sweet potato (roast in coconut oil) and plenty of carrots, cauliflower and broccoli. I forgot to take a photo but it was really nice. Also really easy with minimal washing up.
On a related note, I just didn’t feel the need to buy a pork pie today. I stood there for quite a long time and in the end there was just no urge to. Instead a bought some blueberries and a bag of frozen veg. This new way of eating is really taking hold!
