Wall ball

Started the day with

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 24kg
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 20kg
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 10kg
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Then kind of lost the rest of the time hanging around at 3D, having a bbq, climbing up on the big metal frame, playing football before heading over to Bolton for some strongman training.
