Today was a chance to pick your own ‘hero’ WOD. Ones that a little harder, a little tougher. Created in honour of soldiers who have died.
During the first round when my legs hurt during the run I knew it would be tough but worked through it and got it down.
Double unders continue to improve, which I am SO very pleased about. Muscle ups are getting better too, more consistent. Little things to work out.
Have at least opened a document to write about Crossfit too. It’s a start.
Have become more aware of how my diet makes me feel. Too many Doritos and I felt a little rubbish the next day. A whole load of sugar last night plus some chips and bread and this morning was a struggle too. It’s good that I’m growing more aware of the things that work for me and those that don’t. Plan to work that little bit harder to stick with things this week. Eat a little bit more, definitely going to have to up my breakfasts too as I’m getting to school and being hungry at about 10.
This week has been good too. Have just got on and started making an effort to sort my classroom out, instead of spending all my time thinking it’s horrid. Same amount of time. More stuff done.
