3 push jerk – 60kg
1 minute rest
1 min max rep double unders
1 minute rest
3 rounds of Cindy (5 pull ups, 10 press ups, 15 squats)
2 minutes rest
The weight was doable and I could of perhaps gone heavier, instead though I concentrated on trying to work through the rounds of Cindy as quickly as possible (with good form, obviously) and trying to do the sets unbroken. In that regard, it was definitely better then before. Less hanging around. Straight onto the bar, straight in the press ups.
Boom!
AND managed 28 double unders in a row! Going to keep sticking with max reps in 2 minutes everytime I go!
