BMF but in a Crossfit style.

In teams of 2.

Carry up hill.
Lunge walk down.
Other person carries.
Lunge walk down.
20 lateral jumps.
Run (maybe 400m)
10 burpees with ring pull ups
Run up steep hill at top, turn and run back to start: (maybe 800m)

3 rounds.

25 minutes ish.

It was good to be outside, especially to be running outside but I’m glad the runs were relatively short. The hill climb was up steps and was plain horrid (amazing). Really good to do it in a pair too.
