Day 4
Put my name down on the board for the 40 day paleo challenge. Apparently there are certain rules that go with it. You have to keep a food diary, take photos and something else I can’t remember. Food diary?! It’s this one that has me thinking and am contemplating starting it sooner, just to see… To be more organised about the whole thing. Also I bought some raisins, whole almonds and walnuts that I’ve mixed together and plan to keep on hand to snack on. Today, I kept it up, again. It continues.
You know what I miss the most? Milk. Full fat milk. I still need to consider my post-workout fuel.
Also. I bench-pressed my bodyweight today. Beat my Helen time (11:03 3 rounds – 400m run, 21 kb swings – 24kg, 12 pull ups), even if my pull ups were shocking. Really shocking. No form at all.
Going into a school tomorrow, with a view to maybe being there till July. I don’t honestly know how I feel about it… We’ll see what happens tomorrow I think and then I’ll bore you with the details.
I weighed myself today too, a little shy of 80kg. This is 5ish-kg more then July. I don’t know what this means.
