Just a morning today, literacy in year 4 and literacy in year 3/4. Which entailed, hanging around while for 45minutes while they were in assembly and then working with a group for 40minutes while trying to keep the rest of the class on track - or do I mean quiet? The second class was ok, was fine. The teacher spoke to one of the children when she came back in after lunch. I don’t know, it just ‘bothered’ me. I don’t know why but it did, it really shouldn’t. Such is the way of these things though isn’t it. I think i’m moving towards preferring years 2 and 3. I think…

Funny how, when you think someone is a little bit lovely, how their name suddenly because such a; well lovely name.

Today has been a bad day for reasons i’m not going into (force of habit). It was because, last night I was reminded of things I usually and quite happily, wilfully ignore (ignorance is truly bliss, sometimes). Those things you don’t feel like you have the energy, the will to change about yourself or perhaps even the ability (you can only try so many times eh?). That facet you are resigned to (this is me and this bit of me, I hate that bit, I wish I was like you).

This is very cool. Apparently since the beeb starting playing things from hard disk, someone started sending 6musics now playing lists to Last.fm (insert techno speak on how to do that). Apparently the obscure 7″ won’t show but still the idea that for the most part it’s all there is just cool. Big up to Interpol for being joint top artist and having the top track.  (via)

Though, i fear if Radio 1 did it, the world would probably end. All the good stuff would be completely drowned out i think.

I have also decided that i like girls in spotty clothing. I’m not sure why.

Jon has put some pictures up from last night in Cheltenham which was nice. A shame i couldn’t get there till 12:30 but all in all it wasn’t too bad. Got some dancing done. Had my photo taken :

Lucy Porter was great i thought. Some dispute over her age, Rich says according to her she’s aged 4 years in just one. I wonder if this is what living in London and being a comedian does to one. Maybe i’ll give those two a miss. Things girls do, comedy, things to make you blush, girls who can swear, not inappropritately but when they do… oooooooooooooo ha.

So the theme was happiness and how it related to us as British people and stuff. She was, well just lovely. Things that make you think are always good i think, however they come across and i think that she made some good points. Just in regards to what we’re doing generally, what we need to be doing. We’re only here once, we should enjoy it. Maybe by moving to Sweden or by alternatively by drinking lots.

I really need to sort my categories out and i don’t know if i’m happy with the template, seems a bit top-heavy; you think? Apparently i have 134 uncategorised posts. Hmmm, i don’t know if i fancy rectifying that or not. Maybe later…

It would appear that bowling is now and will be (Monday, Friday and Saturday excluded) prohibitively expensive. £10 for 2 games and £12 for 3, not feeling it. Maybe i’m just being cheap. When we roll (i mean bowl) we always try to get 4,5,6 games in - mostly because we lack any consistency and well 2 or 3 games just doesn’t seem enough. Been like that for a while and there’s no going back it seems. So tonight Rich and i played some pool. Yeah, that’s been a while… ha.

Also we need to go climbing again…

So what would i class this post as, general? Hmm.

Also i would like to formally start something. Things that girls do that make them more fanciable (i’ll work on that bit);

• Any sort of puzzle, crossword etc. I mean how often do you see girls doing them?

Not enough in my opinion. That’s one.
